In December, YAOMART goes to SundayUp Market in Christmas Extension place.
It's going to be the basement and there would have great gifts for Christmas.

YAOMART was started last month, we sell our arty stuffs at the market in London.

It was the first market for us, on Sunday 18th September.

初めてのYAOMARTは9月18日日曜日に行われました。


YAOMART is a market by artists, we sell many kind of arty stuffs like cards, printings, accessories, zines...photos in this article are almost mine (Nanae's work) though, I'd like to upload other works soon!

YAOMARTではカードやプリント作品、アクセサリー、ジンまでも色々なアーティストが作ったグッズを販売します。 ちょっとこちらの記事では私、ななえが作ったものばかりなんですが、近々他のアーティストさん達の作品もご紹介致します！

About us


YAOMART is suddenly established in London in September 2011, by a Japanese illustrator Nanae Kawahara. YAO is from a Japanese word means 'multitude' or directly translate as eight hundred, I named as several artists join and sell their works/items. Then I connected it with MART. YAOMART is now based in Japan after Nanae went back to Japan in 2012, often attend to Design Festa in Tokyo Big Site.

YAOMART（やおまーと）は2011年9月頃ロンドンにて、イラストレーターの河原奈苗のきまぐれにより発足されたアーティストによるマーケットです。複数のアーティストが集まってそれぞれの作品やグッズを販売し、アートの楽しさを提供するグループです。八百屋さんの「八百」を様々な商品を販売することから、そしてマーケットの「マート」を組み合わせて名付けました。2012年に河原奈苗が帰国してから、活動拠点は日本に移りその後はデザインフェスタを中心にしています。
